If I were to venture a guess, I’d say you have been searching for the ultimate exercise and nutrition program without much success, otherwise you would not be reading this.

Does that mean they don’t exist?
Not necessarily. I believe they are all around us. The problem is that we don’t directly see them because we can only find them through an individual journey for which most are ill prepared.

I can say with confidence, yes, it will! I love witnessing those who earn their health and fitness freedom by facing the hard truth and claiming their self-sufficiency.

Will it offend?
Without a doubt! It has created harsh reactions in the past and it will continue doing so. That’s fine, only a small number is ready for this message and the responsibility it demands. Then again, it is only very few who enjoy great health and lasting results.

Make no mistake! I am not painting purple flowers or fluffy white kittens. I wrote this to separate those who are ready to change their lives and health from those who choose the shield of denial. I am not holding back when I present them in their guttural truth. Being fit involves a lot more than exercise and diet.
