Health and Fitness for the Scuba Diver

I cannot tell you of how I feel about Scuba Diving. Not because I don’t feel passion about it, but because there are no words that can properly express the incredible elation and freedom that accompanies every immersion. It’s something only divers understand and live for. But what I can tell you, is that the health and fitness aspect is terribly neglected in our sport and it’s time to address it. This is accomplished through specific fitness coaching programs, and by addressing topics others don’t even consider.

Here are, the books on diver fitness. Enjoy!
